Abstract

In most cases, the protest has precedents. The inability of the citizen to obtain his rights through legitimate means, and his loss as a means of communication between him and the authority, whether it is the local administration, the parties, the civil society - which also suffers from an absence in our Arab societies, it may be a spontaneous or organized protest in the form of a movement that expresses these demands. The force of protest is influenced by several factors, including the mechanisms of mobilization and mobilization, technological means, the availability of leaders Capable of management and negotiation.
