The study concluded that there is no specific concept of electronics management, and that the concept that is preferred to be used is government electronics management, which is a modern system based on information technology in the conduct of administrative transactions, and the effective role played by electronics management in achieving efficiency in the good use of resources and better performance of service delivery.
