Abstract

The aim of the research was to define the Euro-Arab partnership < br /> policies and develop them within a specific period of time through a statement
of forms of cooperation between the two sides in a bilateral framework and
in a single way in the so-called cooperation and partnership agreements. In
the first, we discussed the development of EU policies in establishing the
framework of economic cooperation with the Arab countries from 1957 to
1990. In the second stage, the Euro-Mediterranean partnership between the
European and Arab sides from 1990 to 2014. The third was the extent of the
impact of the partnership agreements between the two sides European and
Arab countries in the joint Arab economic action in order to answer the
questions related to the research objective.
