The study aimed to introduce the theories interpreted for the stability of international formats and the contribution of each in this regard. The research problem was the following questions: What kinds of "interpreted theories of the stability of international patterns"? What's her main saying? What is its role in explaining the phenomenon of the stability of international patterns?, In order to find answers to these questions, the researcher resorted to using the inductive approach and comparison tool, and the study was divided according to its purpose into two researchers: The first is entitled "Definition of the phenomenon of international stability": The concept of international stability was introduced, while the study presented the assumptions of theories interpreted for international stability, as well as its role in explaining the phenomenon of stability in the field of international formulas in the second paper entitled Theories interpreted for the stability of international formulas.
