This study aims at describing the reality of NGOs' use of legislative advocacy in assisting irregular employment and determining its economic effects. Finally, the proposals to be taken into consideration when using NGOs to defend legislative assistance in helping irregular employment and its impact on national income. Includes all issues pertaining to the informal labor sector accurately and also includes the problems facing organizations working with the informal labor sector. It also seeks to provide the necessary funding for NGOs to conduct programs and projects on an ongoing basis and the ability to implement them، while identifying the importance of cooperation between governmental and non-governmental organizations in the development and implementation of programs for the informal labor sector and unify their efforts.
