The study aims to analyze the most important repercussions of the Arab revolutions on European security, in relation to two main dimensions of European security: The political dimension and the economic dimension. What can be called a state of "chaos" has formed following the regional changes in the Arab region, which have crystallized into four main phenomena (migration, asylum, extremism, terrorism); The study addresses the dimensions of these reflections, through two main axes. The first axis includes the most important political reflections of the changing European political map. The second axis deals with the most important economic repercussions from the impact on European energy security. Worsening economic crises, economic losses, economic gains}, the study shows that the Arab revolutions have represented a real test of European security, And that these overlapping phenomena have posed a range of threats along with opportunities. The mechanisms for dealing with them differed, especially among European countries. Sometimes conflicting, which raises questions about the main concepts shaping the European concept of security. Questions about the future of European integration.
