Abstract

The study seeks to benefit from international experiences in the field of internal conflict management by extracting appropriate and applicable mechanisms for the Arab situation in a manner consistent with the transition
to democracy، and trying to present them with a set of proposed alternatives to manage internal conflicts in the Arab region during the next stage, by addressing The most important international experiences in managing internal conflicts, including the experience of: Turkey, South Africa، and Chile, where the parties to the conflict were reviewed, its issues and tools for managing that conflict, and the results of the conflict resolution, and proposing a set of mechanisms that enable the management of these conflicts in In light of the international experiences that have been exposed and the lessons learned from them for the Arab situation، based on the context in which the experiment went through
