This study seeks to monitor the local, regional and international factors affecting Africa and its position in those reports and indicators, in order to stand around the many urgent files that require effective intervention to solve them so that they do not represent an impediment in the steps of the future continent, and therefore this study seeks to address the monitoring of what these reports are And international indicators by presenting the importance and the extent of their objectivity, and even the tools that it adopts and adopts in its evaluation of the status and arrangement of states, and the researcher proceeds to monitor the most prominent local and international factors and causes affecting the ranking of countries - Sub-Saharan Africa - in those reports, and finally with an analytical and evaluation view of the location of those States in those reports
