This research aimed to shed light on the analysis of businessmen’s attitudes towards Egyptian-Turkish relations and their vision of the path of these relations after the 30th June revolution in 2013, and the overthrow of the Muslim Brotherhood’s rule, through reviewing the development of relations between the two countries before and after the 25th January and 30th June revolutions until now, regarding the signs of rapprochement between the two countries in light of the Turkish side expressing its desire to open a new page with Cairo. The study examines the vision of businessmen elites about the effect of the political tensions between the two countries on their commercial dealings with the Turkish side, by interviewing a number of businessmen and by analyzing some theoretical models that explain the role of businessmen in foreign policy.
