Abstract

Economic diplomacy is one of the most important instruments of foreign policy, namely, the economic dimension of the policies of foreign States, given that the political decision-making process represents the inclusion of declared objectives and undisclosed objectives. Turkey has been good at dealing with regional issues from the perspective of achieving economic benefits through foreign policy vis-à-vis Libya and Egypt. Turkey has been able to do so through the influential intervention in the Libyan crisis and the policies it has adopted in dealing with Egypt, in contrast to the theory of zero problems with neighboring countries, and the study has developed a scenario for the future of relations between Turkey, on the one hand, and Egypt and Libya, on the other hand.
