Abstract

The past decade has witnessed successive events and developments at all political, scientific, technological, economic and social levels that directly affected the national security principles of countries, and their repercussions and effects have gone beyond the traditional threats to countries in the field of national security. However, the beginning was with the events of September 2001 in the United States of America, which had a significant impact on the visions of politicians, the military, and strategists in their assessment of the dimensions related to national security and the threats and security risks associated with it. Therefore, the researcher dealt with the impact of international changes on the regional security system in the Middle East since 2011, in order to show the extent of the impact of developments in the region since 2011 on the structure of existing regional security and the possibilities of its development; restoring the inter-relationships that link international variables with those regional ones in forming new regional security arrangements; And an attempt to identify the crises of the emergence of a new regional security system in the Middle East.
