Artificial intelligence technologies contributed to an operational boom in unmanned marine systems, which are increasingly relied upon by Middle Eastern countries, with the aim of ensuring the safety of maritime security in the region and confronting security threats. So this study examined the nature and types of unmanned marine systems, the advantages that they have, the risks they may be exposed to, indicators of the increasing dependence of countries in the Middle East region on unmanned marine systems, the legal challenges facing the work of these unmanned marine systems, especially in the light of the absence of human race and the lack of a specific legal framework governing the operation of these unmanned marine systems and the implications of the increasing roles of unmanned marine
