Abstract

The pattern of the international system is characterized by continuous change and instability on one pattern since its inception, and the change in the pattern of the international system usually leads to regional systems, which are considered sub-systems of the international system, so the study seeks to analyze the impact of the change in the international system from the binary pattern to its unilateral counterpart on Arab national security, considering the Western regional system as one of the sub-systems of the international system. More than this, the Arab regional system is considered one of the regional systems most affected by changes in the international system, if not the most affected at all, due to historical, geographical, and economic considerations.
