The subject of this study addresses the problem of linguistic assimilation and political inegration in Algeria, Considernig that the Amazigh language is cnsidered an assimilation model by the Algerian state, by highlighting the most important projects and strategies approved and followed by Algeria that would achieve linguistic security through practical and legal mechanisms that dealt with the most important demands of the file. Amazigh, including the linguistic demand, in order to respect the existence of linguistic diversity in it and to recognize the strengthening of the historical dimension and the strong structure of Algerian society and its consolidation within the framework of one unifying identity. This research paper also yielded essential results, the most important of which is that in order to achieve linguistic security in Algeria, it is necessary to establish a legal framework that guarantees the protection of this linguistic privacy in a safe environment and establishes the concept of positive linguistic diversity within it, in order to protect linguistic diversity from threats to diversity Algeria's cultural specificity.
