Challenges of human security in the context of globalization

Abstract

Globalization threw new concepts into the new international political system emerging after the collapse of the Bi-polar system and the rise of the single political system. This new system had a great impact in spreading the values, ideas and beliefs that achieve globalization, which are in themselves the interests of the major countries to tighten control over the international community, and among these Ideas are human rights and human security and related concepts that increase the tightness and control of major countries over the international political system, such as humanitarian intervention and the responsibility to protect, so globalization and its developments resulted in a set of challenges that threaten human security at the level of countries as a whole, especially poor and marginalized countries due to globalization, such as poverty, famine and epidemics Crimes, terrorism and the environment, which requires doubling the capacity of states to face such challenges.
