Abstract

The study aims to address the strategy of the Al-Qaeda network in facing threats in its security and military aspects, with an exposure to how Al-Qaeda was able to maintain its active cells, and improve its operational performance in light of the presence of those threats, by following the organizational learning mechanism followed by Al-Qaeda, which helped it adapt to Its security and military threats, especially in the period since the events of September 11, 2001 until the completion of the study in 2020; This is for the purpose of reaching cases in which the terrorist organization can be more weak, which may lead to the destruction of the organization and its disintegration if the Anti-terror agencies can exploit these weaknesses and strengthen those threats and deprive the organization of the organizational learning that it follows to maintain its continuity.
